A few years ago, I was that Gen Z, passionate, stubborn, and misunderstood.
My parents had a vision for my future. I had a different one. And for a long time, we couldn’t meet in the middle. The more they pushed, the more I pulled away.

But over time, and through a series of honest, open conversations, we found common ground.
We moved from conflict to collaboration and eventually, I carved a career path that honors both my passions and my parents’ hopes for me.

Today, I’m proof that mutual understanding is possible and it leads to better outcomes for everyone.

   I speak one-on-one with your child to hear their side of the story and get to the root of their career confusion.
   
2. Personalized Assessment
   I’ll analyze the conversation and share a clear report with you, outlining what’s really going on and what steps we can take.
   
3. One-Month Coaching Program (with your consent)
   If your kid is open to it, I’ll guide them through a customized coaching journey to help them discover a career path that aligns with both their purpose and practical realities.
