Mmh… yes!

I hang up the phone and walked back into the office excited. I promise you the conversation was flirtier than that. ????
Ladies and gentlemen, that is called poaching. It’s when a company sees your potential and tries to get you to leave your current workplace and instead work for them.
I never thought I’d ever be in such a position. It’s flattering.
I attribute this to being lucky enough to work with some ultra-creative individuals, so I won’t take all the credit. But one thing I believe contributed to my being seen as a valuable professional is my LinkedIn profile.
Since January, I’ve been making small improvements and posting niche-specific content every now and then just to sell my worth. And it seems to be finally paying off.
Interestingly, this is the second opportunity I’ve gotten in the past 2 weeks. I guess I’m on a roll.

Jia Jiang: Founder of Rejection Therapy
Jia Jiang was once a software developer, but he left his job to pursue his dream of becoming an entrepreneur. However, he found that his fear of rejection was holding him back from achieving his goals.
To overcome this fear, he decided to launch a personal project called “100 Days of Rejection,” in which he would deliberately seek out rejection in various forms each day for 100 days.
During this project, Jiang pitched crazy business ideas to strangers, requested “burger refills” at a fast-food restaurant, and even asked a police officer if he could drive his patrol car.
His goal was to desensitize himself to rejection and become more confident in his ability to handle it.
The project quickly gained attention online, and Jiang used the momentum to launch a successful startup called Rejection Therapy, which provides training and coaching to individuals and organizations on how to handle rejection and build resilience.
