The second version release was focused on making the to-do list of activities smaller and more focused on my growth in my work rather than holistically.
No good excuse for this performance
My performance got worse as compared to the previous week. A 51.43% was pretty low, which means for this week I was barely half the kind of man I want to be.
The Kaizen score was also affected, I managed to pull in a 1.08% improvement out of a possible 1.149% ( 1.01^ 14 days) meaning I’m 0.069% behind schedule.
- Removed 5 activities from my to-do list to focus on the most meaningful activities
Limiting the list to five activities didn’t have an impact on my willingness to get the work done.
